develop scripting and instructions for handling calls.
STEP 3:
Based on the results of this discovery process, we develop a custom solution and strategy to
setup your account. Our Technology staff will work to input the scripts and instructions into
the automated script systems. Our Quality Assurance staff will ensure the highest quality and
assist in training the operators to work with your customers.
STEP 4:
Once the solution has been developed, you will have the opportunity to review the scripts,
instructions and protocols for actions to ensure they are seamless with your own business
processes. Once the services are live with your solution in place, our Client Services staff will
follow up with you regularly to ensure the solution is performing the way you want it to.
This begins the ongoing process of communicating with our clients, and always being able to
